First off, I'm tech savvy so this isn't user error. I had about 300 holiday photos on my SD card. I was happy to receive these so I could transfer them to my phone and edit/download them on the way home. I plugged it in and it just said "Download". I clicked 'Yes' but there wasn't enough space. So my phone let me choose what to download. Well he uploaded half of it and while I was waiting I left and when I came back ALL MY PHOTOS HAVE GONE. Have about 40. My heart was broken. I found a YouTube site that showed me a site that can recover deep files from SD cards and it cost $70. I was able to get 90% of the photos back, but it cost me money. In my opinion, this little device is not worth it. If I had just waited until I got home to upload the photos I would have saved a lot of money.
