The first MC1700 we bought in 2017 has been running great for over a year. Then one day I went to use it and instead of sucking in coolant it was blowing bubbles instead. Air was blown through the coolant line. I checked the injector and air is coming out. Our coolant is always clean, free from chips and the like. I disassembled it and found nothing unusual. Pretty confusing. I reached out to Noga and received several emails with troubleshooting ideas but nothing helped. I mentioned that the only coolant we use is denatured alcohol and asked if that might be a problem, but they didn't think so. They kindly sent me another block and I got back to work. I offered to return the broken one but they wouldn't. Everything was fine until yesterday. The same happens with the replacement block after 3-4 uses. It is only used once every few months. I disassembled both blocks and swapped hoses and fittings, but nothing helped. Just a bunch of bubbles blown into the coolant reservoir.
