Page 74 that is the basis for a triangular lace scarf. i love this style. You can continue with the so-called yarn above the main shawl or continue with the lace. I knit 13 sides scarf inflorescence pattern. I have accumulated a lot of sock yarn, mainly cascading heritage, solid color. I use red for this scarf. I plan to use 3 different shades of blue in the color change bands, maybe 4 inches each from light to dark like a feather. I am an early advanced knitter and I find this book challenging but possible. From December we will knit gifts for birthdays 2014 and Christmas. I like the style in which this book is written, it's easy to read. The graphs are written, it is easier for Mr to do this than for me to draw a graph. Worth the investment. It is worthy of being in your knitwear collection.
