in a sealed air reservoir for my air suspension so I have enough air instantly to bleed my front forks and rear shocks when needed. So I needed a 1/8" male NPT Schrader valve to thread into the 1/8" plugs I had welded to the swingarm so I could check for leaks after the welding was complete . fill my pendulum with 120psi air and check for leaks. So I paid almost $6 for this little brass valve. (Really a piece of crap) The threads on this valve fitting are absolutely horrible and will not thread into my 1/8" sockets! Or ANY 1/8” female NPT fitting. I don't have a set of taps and dies with 1/ 8" NPT threads so I can't rethread so I'm returning this valve for another one I found on AMAZON (which I must have missed on my first one). Seek). which has a short neck/extension and costs less than HALF that defective one! See, it's always profitable (several ways. And add that pun!) SEARCH for the best and cheapest part. However, I screwed up this time because I missed this other Schrader valve which has a slight lengthening and is less than half the price of the defective valve I bought. And now I have to send it back! Time is $.and $ is time! Good thing for the delivery of PRIME 2. Either way, it throws me back on my schedule. Not good.
