Well when I read the review you screwed up I thought I should just take the ball instead but a punching bag looks like like a soccer ball To tell the truth the only thing I don't like is the suction power, when the package arrived it was a bit deformed so I let it suck on my marble counter for a while but by rocking back and forth it will it looser but if your table sucks it's good it gives 5 stars
