this worked great. I've done quite a bit of research, so I'll write what exactly I did below. Before doing anything, I washed my brows with some sort of makeup remover to make sure there wasn't any gross dirt or oil left behind. I opened the capsule on top of this dish and it was in the sink to make sure I didn't spoil anything. I added the developer, mixed it and applied it to my right eyebrow. That is, apply to one eyebrow, wait, remove, and then move on to the next. I followed the instructions for the dark brown and let it sit and develop for 1-2 minutes. If you walk a few seconds, it doesn't hurt. The longer it stays on, the darker it gets, so keep that in mind. After the timer worked, I removed it first with a dry cotton swab, and then with a wet one. Then I did another eyebrow and washed my face to make sure no cream was left on my eyebrows.
