To be honest I bought it because it was the cheapest and most basic monitor I could find on Revain that would suit my needs after my old hardware died on me. And it worked great, it's a good monitor with good picture quality and a decent sized screen. Hardcore gamers might want something with ultra-high specs and a big screen, but this will satisfy anyone who just wants a good monitor at a good price.
