Dude, where do I start? First LOL on some of these reviews! Bad reviews because it arrived damaged? That doesn't even do justice to the usefulness of the products. Not as good as window block? I mean, yes, window units are effective because they don't have to be drained through a long HOT hose that's still in your house. And no one buys these units to cool the entire warehouse, so it's obvious it's going to be noisy in a small room. I would say the 10k device is very average noise wise. It's very cool and appears to be of very good quality. I am very happy with it.
