Great value!: my feedback
I have a fair and light neutral/warm skintone as I'm Greek and Italian. No23 was perfect for me, the formula is very moisturizing however i wouldn't recommend powdering over it unless you're very oily since it does set down to a natural/moist fit. No21 is for only the fairest skin tones. I know the magic/cover last cushion is darker but this one is very light. My only issue is this seems to dry out on my cheeks and become more oily on my forehead, not because of my skin just because of the formulation.
