The first few mangoes I cut went smooth, but the softer mangoes didn't cut through the skin, just crushed the fruit. With that I would feel like it could be sharper, but for safety reasons I understand why it isn't! However, I found a way i1: Peel the mango with a vegetable peeler 2: Cut with a mango/pitting knife 3: Place the mango halves in the bottom and cut into wedges with a "tomato" cutter.ใใใWORKS AMAZINGใ ใใI am sooooooo happy with this product! definitely makes slicing mango much easier and 75% faster than with a simple knife!
