I tried another third party filter. The filter cover could not be closed. I'm standing in an auto parts store, some other people see my problem, come over and help me and close the door. I appreciated the help. But the tolerances on most other filters are wide and shouldn't be. So do yourself a favor and get the original part here. It's cheap and easy to install.
