Only used the ladder for one day. I took every precaution and checked all the locks on the steps. I weigh 140 pounds and when fully extended the ladder moves a lot and doesn't feel solid. While I was painting, a step collapsed and the stairs started rolling down. I felt from 10 feet hurt my shoulder and wrist. I was lucky, nothing worse happened. Please note that Revain has stated that they are a third party only and accept no liability whatsoever. It doesn't look like they're testing the products. I would not recommend this product and would not recommend using any security products from the seller that do not support security.
