Can't. I've tried contacting the seller according to their instructions throughout the documentation but still no response. This is a great product except I can't get the tilt feature to pull. I had to put in extra screws that didn't fit in the slot to keep the TV from tipping forward. Rather than just tightening or loosening the screws that hold the TV to the mount, I have two options: straight up and down, or at an angle when I remove the screws. I am very upset about the whole situation. This seems like an easy fix and as it installed in my wall studs and works for my application I don't want to return it. I hope the manufacturer/seller will take action!
