Review on 🍳 Calphalon Classic 5-Quart Sauté Pan: Nonstick, Hard-Anodized with Cover by Cedric Ford

First off, many reviews for this pan seem to relate to the set or other products. I prefer SPECIFIC reviews of the item for sale. I have been using and loving Calfalon for over 20 years. I should have known that the price of this pan is too low for a quality Calphalon pan. I don't know if it's a poor quality line or a defective pan or something else. This pan is heated unevenly. Cooking bacon gives me half burned and half barely cooked. I have to keep a constant eye on everything I'm cooking and move the food around in the pan to keep it from burning. Cleaning is easy, that's nice. That's why I gave 2 stars instead of one. I NEVER put dishes in the dishwasher, so I can't say how it holds up there. I am very disappointed in this pan. it shook my faith in Calphalon and my faith in the brand.
