I tried, really tried. I'm within range of the nearest AT&T tower, but no matter where I placed the router, I just couldn't get signal levels above -79 dBm indoors or RSRP below -111 (best speeds were 3.7 Mbps/1 .5 Mbit/s/W). high). When I tested about 3 blocks from the tower in line of sight I was able to get a signal of -51dBm and an RSRP of -72dBm (speed 19m down / 12m up (ok) - FAST.com was much slower ), so if you can't throw a rock and hit the tower, you'll have a hard time using the included antennas. I don't have an external one to test, but I'll try MOFI to see if I have better luck. I had to send these back.
