My experience reflects some of the other reviews. The pins will not fit properly in the hole due to the large amount of burrs that remain in the channel after the set screw hole is tapped. The included hex wrench is too big for the tiny set screw. Even after trying to sharpen the end a bit with a Swiss file, I couldn't get the wrench to tighten the bolt. Very uncomfortable, but that doesn't stop the tool from removing the gears. So the tool works, but it's sloppily built, and with a little more care in manufacturing, it could be a tool to be proud of rather than the mediocre what it is.
