This material is vastly superior to Perfect Keto. Not only does it come from grass-fed cows, but it also contains collagen and oil. The consistency is very smooth, which is probably due to the oil. The flavor is amazing too, similar to chocolate caramel, and because it's sweetened with monk fruit it doesn't have that bitter stevia aftertaste - it almost tastes like there's some real sugar in it - not too sweet and cloying, but just enough to taste to be delicious.
