Beautiful addition to the kitchen

The spiralizer will definitely be a decoration in your collection of kitchen gadgets. I recently switched to a gluten-free diet for health reasons, so the spiralizer was essential to making the transition to my diet. As an alternative to wheat pasta and processed foods in general, this device offers endless recipe possibilities! The functionality of the blades works very well. I would recommend having a small brush to clean the blades as they have small crevices that are difficult to reach with a regular kitchen sponge. There are suction cups on the bottom that will hold well on any dry surface. It can slip when the countertop is wet. I've prepared countless recipes like cucumber, beetroot, zucchini, yellow squash, and veggie sweater pasta salad. Overall, an excellent end product is created. It had two flaws that were more design flaws than anything else. Firstly, the spiralizer is very light and made of durable plastic. If I push in with my right hand while turning the handle, I have to press on the top of the blade with my left palm or the veggie pasta will be too thin or almost impossible. I feel like some of these issues could be solved if they designed it with a little more weight on the bottom. Also, with some vegetables, such as cucumbers, the juice will drip all over the countertop and then the suction cups will start to slide. Finally, I have to put a large cutting board underneath because the pasta tends to fly all over the place. In other words, there's no directional piece of plastic on the outside of the blade to guide the noodles as they come out, so they shoot sideways and sometimes make a mess depending on what veggies you're rolling.
