Easy to use in kitchen and dining room

I had never used an espresso machine and didn't know what to expect. My only goal was to create my own frappuccino at home and this helped me achieve that. The instructions were simple and it made it easy to set up. It took a little practice to make sure I got it right, but it was easy with this machine. I found it very easy to clean, so that's definitely a plus. The machine is of good weight and does not slip on the countertop when in use. It feels high quality and not cheap. Very satisfied.
