Review on 🌹 Tulip Etimo Rose Tulip Yarn by Shantel Griffin

I've been looking at these beautiful hooks for a whole year and finally bought them. They are really beautiful to look at. The hook will slide through the yarn like a knife through butter and your stitches will be perfect. BUT then they have this weird bar to rest your thumb on while you knit. It hurt, my finger was on a bump. I tried to move my thumb back a little on the shaft, but it hurt even more as my thumb slipped into the bulge with each stitch, like walking into a speed bump on the road. I tried to continue and got a terrible cramp in my thumb that lasted two days. It breaks my heart to have to return these beautiful needles, but crocheting with a real rose bush in your hands would be less of a hassle than using them every time. Day. I have been crocheting for 48 years and have never used a crochet that hurt my hand. I crochet with a knife, maybe a pencil knitter's bump will work. Anyway, they're not for me.
