Beautiful set! So easy to make, I made everything myself. I suggest measuring the fullest part of your belly and cutting out strips of 3 sizes: large, medium and small. Using a baking sheet, I added water, dipped each piece in the water, and placed them on my stomach. There were a lot of plaster strips, so my plaster is nice and thick! Instead of petroleum jelly, I used organic coconut oil to keep the patch from sticking to me. It wasn't very messy for me, but I'm very artistic and creative by nature. Took me an hour from start to finish. And it dries quickly which is great! I had a great time and would highly recommend this product to all moms-to-be!
