I bought this Dragon Touch 4K portable monitor to use as a second monitor for my portable office (my backpack!) and when traveling abroad. It's easy to set up and of good quality, although it's not as bright as my laptop's OLED monitor. The problem I had was that after about 3 months the portable monitor stopped recognizing the signal from my laptop. I tested the laptop with a different monitor and it worked fine. After exchanging diagnostic questions, Dragon Touch offered to exchange the portable monitor. As soon as I confirmed the old one had been shipped, a new one was sent immediately. The new one works fine with my laptop, but only with a USB-C port, not a mini-HDMI. It also needs to be powered from a USB-C port, not a separate power adapter (the power adapter works, but interferes with my laptop's signal). It looks like my laptop (HP Specter 15-eb1 x360, purchased January 2021) is not on the approved computer list, although the HP Specter 13 is approved. I highly recommend this product for the great service, but be sure to check compatibility with your laptop first.
