Why do my light bulbs burn out so quickly and I didn't even turn them on at full power

I don't like light bulbs burning out so quickly. Why is that, I have a dimmer and I don't even turn it up full. I need replacement for it, it's a waste of money especially for me. I need new bulbs now or my bearded dragons won't get well. It's a good price and they get really hot
