I love these headphones. PROS: They look good, they charge wirelessly (perfect for my Pixel 5 which becomes a wireless charger when plugged in). The music sounds clear and beautiful. The app is very user friendly. CONS: They don't work that well on Zoom calls, voices sound computerized and cluttered. My biggest complaint: I was on the phone while I was cooking spaghetti. Shouldn't sound too bad, right? My mother (whom I spoke to) was completely distracted by the noise in my kitchen. She said they overpowered my voice. After speaking to her, I called my wife, who was upstairs, on the phone. We ran some (can you hear that?) tests while I was playing around with the settings in the app; Nothing seemed to work. She said she couldn't hear me because of the background noise, to the point that the background noise annoyed her. I'm torn on whether or not to send them back because I personally love them! My conversation partners sounded crystal clear and my own background noise did not bother me. Unfortunately, my background noise completely distracted my callers. :(If anyone at Jabra has any advice I'd love to hear it.
