Review on DEWALT DCK283D2 Compact Cordless Driver by Travis Caminiti

My old 18 volt output held up and had super power, the drill took about 10 minutes to drill Batteries doesn't last half as long as my old 18 volt one, very dissatisfied, The only reason I bought it was because I couldn't find an 18 volt unit to replace mine, which broke in the middle of work, so I needed something to look at the Makita that's mine Father in law has and I had to borrow his last few days so I can get the job done. Not happy at all. Called helpdesk and man pretty much treated me like I was an idiot. You have charged the battery. Absolutely no help. Tried to ask for a return or refund, she had no idea, tried calling Dewalt and got no answer. I will try to return it, it also smells burnt. Both units
