Should have done this sooner

I bought four of these for my 2004 Chevy 2500 HD and installed. I have a mileage of 110,000 km. What an amazing difference! I wish I had thought about this earlier. The dampers soak up all the little bumps and vibrations I'm used to. Installation was fairly easy, the first taking about an hour and a half and the second probably thirty minutes. I left the dampers in the middle position for the time being and am happy with that. If you want to save some money you can get 5000. Ride quality in the middle position should be the same as the 5000s. I chose the 9000 because I figured why not have an adjustable feature. The fronts are easy to adjust, just grab the hoop. The rear end, on the other hand, is a bit stiffer. Get ready to get dirty lying on the floor or grab a piece of cardboard. Quick tip: After you've taken the tire off, hit any mirrors that need greasing with a grease gun while they're still within easy reach.

Pros
  • REDUCE DAMAGE -- Nitrogen gas is pressurized at 120psi to minimize air/oil mixture and reduce damping and foaming during damping
Cons
  • Reliability
