would be 5 stars- It works well and does what it's supposed to. The problem is that the original floor tool had a lower profile and could get under furniture. The replacement has a higher profile and is limited to what fits underneath. For those who had the original with the silver top and the front wheels fell apart. (the only thing wrong with that) I was looking for replacement front wheels and couldn't find them. So I went to Lowe's and bought 2 rubber bushings to replace the broken wheels. while it works fine.
