Review on 🎺 Hella 012010801 Blue Trumpet Horn Kit: Powerful 12V, 400/500 Hz Universal Fit by Elvis Kimbro

The horns look and sound great although the description says this kit will fit my 2005 Ford F-150 pickup it is not. Here's the problem: the OEM horns are bolted together, unlike the Hellas which have separate brackets (easy to fix). BUT . . . OEM horns have ONE female connector that connects to the wiring harness that powers the WALLPAPER horns. Hellas EACH has a socket and no wiring harness, so it is not possible to connect both horns at the same time. The stock horn wiring harness is detachable and the connections on the Hellas are hardwired so there is no option to install a stock wiring harness. Bottom line: you can set both horns (low or high) but not both at the same time as they should work! I bought them because both Hella and my Revain workshop said they fit my F-150 perfectly, which they are not. I'm stuck with only one horn! To update! I just found this at Revain: Dorman 645-215 Horn Connector. I ordered one and need to pair it with an OEM pigtail to connect another Hella horn. A lot more time and work than I expected (as well as additional expense) but I should be able to get both speakers working.
