User unfriendly with no seller support
Don't buy this if you are using a 64mb laptop. You have an installation video on the CD, but it won't play. After looking at the installation instructions, it says to email them if I have anything other than a 32MB machine. I have 64mb. When I emailed them, the person who sent me the email asked me to download software that they can run remotely. I've asked where I can find the software and it's been over a week with no response. I'm returning it and looking for one that doesn't require remote install for me to work.
