Don't buy this - must be 0 stars

I didn't even pick up the product. I plugged it in, turned on the power button on the side, pressed the power button (bottom left) on the watch face, and the entire watch face bowed. I didn't even press hard. Very poorly made and not worth the money. Can't comment on heat capacity or noise level as it was never turned on before it broke.
