I bought this rack to replace a non-stick grill I never liked and then it got rusty so I had to throw it out. I've always picked the turkey with two large turkey forks, which were awkward and heavy. It makes things easier when you put a whole rack and turkey on a plate and then pull the needle and it just falls apart so nicely. No more lifting the turkey. It also has a Plus A that fits easily in the dishwasher and it's made of stainless steel so it shouldn't rust. I would highly recommend it and yes I paid full price for it and I'm glad I did.
