Review on ⏲️ Robic Three Memory Timer White: Enhanced Performance and Compact Design by Denise Portis

I got this timer for a strength training program for myself at my gym. The trainer showed 30 seconds. Rest (or rest 45 seconds) between sets of alternating Nautilus exercises. The hand on my watch was useless for this purpose as I needed reading glasses to see it. Enter this trendy universal stopwatch with 1 inch digits. Used as a countdown timer, I set the bottom left button to 30 seconds and the right button to 45 seconds. [Center button available for third time setting.] To start a 30 second break, I press the left button and then start the countdown with a single press of the power button (far right). This button flashes green until the countdown reaches zero, then flashes red for the countdown. Repeated beep, you have 3 options: loud, medium and quiet. For maximum convenience, the clock has a built-in stand for placing it on a flat surface, a fold-out hook for hanging on the wall (or around the neck on a cord) and magnets for hanging Attach to the Nautilus' iron frame or inside a locker. [ A small plastic protrusion around the magnets prevents them from fully engaging. I sanded them smooth and then put magnets in their holes. A firm grip after that.] At $25 shipping, this Robic represents good value.
