My daughter is an aspiring artist so I bought these for her 8th birthday and she loves them. She uses them almost every day and they are still like new. Like most kids she sometimes leaves the lid open for a few hours but I am happy to report that they never dry out and the colors are very vibrant and the gel dries quickly enough not to leave a mess. All of these things matter when users are kids, but most importantly, they are non-toxic and safe for everyone. I definitely recommend them to everyone.
