this is no joke. I have very thin, straight and thick hair. Immediately after the purification begins the mystical process of tangling and tying knots into impossible little rat's nests that pushes me to the limits of my sanity. When I say I've tried EVERYTHING, I mean it. Literally everything from Orbie to Olaplex, Pureology, even pharmacy stuff like Sauve, because who knows. If you can buy it in a salon for too much money, it's in my bathroom. Some products work better than others and some don't work at all, some work little miracles that don't work the next day, some just make my ultra fine hair greasy and lackluster. Most items are non-redeemable. BUT THIS IS STUPID. This stuff is like a slippery liquid magic sauce. He glides through my hair like Tonya Harding on freshly sharpened skates and uses his slippery fingers to magically unravel even the coarsest dreadlocks in my cobweb-covered hair. It makes her incredibly shiny and sexy and makes me feel like one of those thoroughbred horses that are worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. But the REAL magic of this thing is the NO-tangle-not-not-even-a-little-tangle effect all day that it kind of achieves on its own! I can actually run my fingers through my hair hours after brushing and it doesn't get snagged! Easier to comb when it's DRY, easier to comb fresh after a shower when it's usually VERY sticky, it's a miracle in a bottle! If this product is ever "currently unavailable" it's because I bought everything. Hot tip - use a little as the more you use the less effective it will be. It's concentrated, it lasts LONG, especially on wet hair. I will be experimenting with adding this product to other lotions and hair products to see if its slippery effect can improve other less desirable products that I would love to love. I will say one tiny little complaint about the container. It is not fully filled and I think that is due to the nature of the bottle. I would prefer it in a pump bottle because the outside of the bottle also gets very slippery if you dip twice in the middle of the bush.
