just not right, the nut is 1.4 inches in diameter is the right size

Apparently the manufacturer doesn't have access to a 5/8 x 11 angle grinder, 5/8" base plate or even their own rasp disc. There should be a shoulder to center the disc but has the center hole in the disc too small a diameter and should not bottom out before the washer is clamped in. 1.4" diameter nut.
