Does not start. And it doesn't need to be charged. I have a previous model and am very happy with it. This new model is app controlled and I was glad to get it. but it doesn't work. I ordered a second one and received it today! ALSO DEFECTIVE! - the same - it does not start and does not load! This is very disappointing and frustrating! I ordered it urgently because I need it for a meeting. In addition, Revain offers options in the product return menu. I chose the Hal station because it's close. When I finished booking I was given a drop off location 40 minutes away! So I went back to check other return options. And there was a free take away opportunity! But it was hidden in the drop down menu. So I went to this new option and there doesn't seem to be a way to do it. So far I've wasted about 4 hours, missed a meeting and this is just the beginning. Update: Revain is changing the return method if you call them - they brought UPS to my house for free to collect.
