Quiet for everyday use but good when you step on it
09 Silverado 4.8 went from a straight pipe with a 3" Flowmaster tailpipe tip to a Borla with a Flowmaster tailpipe tip. The straight pipe was too noisy at idle and when driving.With a muffler the sound is much quieter but still sounds great when you step on it, no hum.Not too loud but still enough sound to have fun
