First, I'm an avid fitness enthusiast and runner. To stay fit, connected and safe, I take my cell phone with me wherever I go, whatever the weather. I upgraded my phone and had to look for a new band to keep it. That's when I came across MUV365. Quality: - The MUV is 84% Nylon and 16% Lycra (I've never heard of that) which feels good in the hand. It also expands to accommodate a phone. - In almost two months of heavy use, in the gym and running, it shows no signs of wear. - I personally hate plastic wristbands or velcro as they are often uncomfortable. It is comfortable on the whole hand, does not irritate or scratch. Appearance: - The band is smooth and very comfortable as if it were a regular compression sleeve. - I like the look of the "MUV" which gives it a kind of militaristic look if that's what you like. How it works: - The group fits well if you stick to the table below. My biceps are between size S and M so I went for the smaller one as recommended. However, I had to go up a size as I am concentrating on building muscle and the bracelet is becoming too tight on my arm. The flap that holds the phone in place is large enough to be removed easily but still holds up. the phone is upside down when sprinting, etc. - i didn't have to worry about the strap slipping off - the phone fits in the strap, with or without the case. I wouldn't recommend using it with a case if you have a pop socket as it makes the band even tighter and sometimes snags on the fabric. Headphones easily fall out of the valve. However on my phone due to the design of the phone it definitely kinks the cable at the base of the connection and in my opinion it's not the fault of the strap itself. - During use the phone is almost unusable.
