Review on NUTRITION Essential Electrolytes Sparkling Hydration by Shauna Bishop

Bought a can of this product from the Vitamin Shoppe out of desperation. The ingredients were all I knew. I wasn't expecting much flavor but I liked it. Tastes like cherry soda or cherry smoothie. My husband ordered me a suitcase. I drink it about 20-30 minutes before my workout and have been able to add another 15 minutes to my workout with heavier weights. I don't feel depressed at the end of a workout. If I have a big day ahead of me on the farm, I've had one before and been able to stretch my hours. Did as he said and am ordering another case today.
