Review on Siivton by Simon Nugroho

Siivton is an online retailer of child car seats and accessories, and I had great expectations for them, but I was unimpressed. First of all, their website is difficult to use and perplexing. Finding what I was searching for was challenging, and the search function did not return useful results. When I did, however, locate a car seat that suited my requirements, the grade of the item let me down. It didn't feel sturdy enough to keep my child secure while I was driving and felt flimsy. I was frustrated and unsure of whether I had installed it properly because the installation directions were also unclear and challenging to follow. To keep my car clean, I also bought one of their automotive seat protectors, but despite their claims that it was a universal fit, it did not fit correctly in my vehicle. The purpose of having a seat protector in the first place was defeated because it continually slid around and did not remain in one spot. Additionally, shipping took a while, and my products came later than anticipated. I contacted customer support with some concerns, but they weren't helpful or responsive. Overall, I am unable to endorse Siivton as a source for kid car seats and accessories online. Their customer service is lacking, their goods are of low quality, and their website is challenging to navigate. I won't ever again use their goods.
