I like that it's easy to customize what information is displayed in each template (and even edit existing templates).

It also has an excellent customer support team - they are very quick at responding! There could be more options for creating proposals such as choosing from pre-built categories instead just free text boxes with keywords/categories added afterwards when finished writing content; this would save time by not having to manually add these later once everything else was written out first.- A bit expensive compared to other services available online but worth paying if price reflects quality service offered vs competitor pricing which can often seem much cheaper given their lack of dedicated resources towards ongoing product development &amp Support teams etc.
