I ordered this double sieve for sifting honey after pressing. It worked perfectly. The only issue I had was that as the wax particles began to build up in the strainer, I had to temporarily stop the flow from the extractor and use a rubber spatula to move some of the wax around the first strainer to keep the honey flowing. It's not a flaw in the screen, it's the way these things work. It fitted the bucket perfectly and rinsed out all the particles of my honey. When I was done I just put both pieces in the garden and within a few hours the bees had removed all the remaining honey. After that, all I had to do was wash it in hot, soapy water. I would recommend this product to everyone else.
