not worth your money. I had to modify.
Medium bolts only 3 threads tight when used with California license plate. Custom license plate frame cannot be used. It feels like the record is falling off. I redid mine. Bought longer nuts and bolts at home depot. Super glued the nuts in place. Feel a lot more comfortable when you can turn the screw in a lot more.
