Not sized properly for my opinion
I wear Ladies 9 1/2 w shoe and ordered the size recommended. The inserts are way to big and more sized for a man than a woman. There were no form instructions for cutting to size. I would have to order shoes at least 2 sizes larger to fit these inserts. I have never used them and they are not returnable. I would not recommend this product.
