I was very excited about this new lamp. After he hung up, the remote and light switch worked fine, but I couldn't get the app to work on my phone. Then at night after I installed the ceiling fan, a small gold coin fell on me while I was sleeping. The fan blades fell off the next night. Now I can't get the fan blades to light. When the fan is running it's great and cools the whole room! But I'm sad that I paid so much money and I can't use the app function on my phone and I need to fix the fan blades to keep them from falling on me. Installation was a little tricky as the wires are very close together and not very exposed. But some wire stripping tools have helped solve this problem. In general, when the fan is running, it's great. But I give it 3 stars because it broke for me the first 2 nights and I can't use the function of the app. The ceiling fan also hums a bit. It's not too loud and can become background noise once you get used to it. Processed. Eve has had the fan for a few months now with no problems. Love how it cools the room and can't have a super bright room or dim lights depending on my mood. I still can't use the app but that doesn't bother me as I keep the remote next to me, that would just be a luxury. Many thanks to the seller who contacted me and is willing to fix everything! So I'll be changing my rating to 5 stars based on overall fan satisfaction and customer service.
