Should be good to cover a sweatshirt and shirt
I ordered a size 9/10 for my 8 year old and it fits a bit bigger but it doesn't Great. Lasts maybe 1-2 seasons. Should be good to cover a sweatshirt and shirt. It has a zip and velcro closure to keep it dry and a small hoodie that tucks into the collar.
