Everything about the application is excellent! The ease of use of the system is amazing and so is the quality of the support team. I have no dislikes about our system. I would highly recommend SimplySeated to anyone looking for a great software platform for their restaurant. The system allows customers to make reservations through their mobile devices, they can check their status and even print their meal options before actually going to the restaurant. This allows customers to plan out their meals and to have an idea on how to best prepare for a meal. The system also allows us to see analytics on how many customers are using the website and what time of day they are most active. I love how easy it is to use, there are so many different features that you can utilize for your business! The support team has been very helpful with any questions or concerns we have had as well in getting us set up correctly once our website was live!! There really isn't anything bad about this software at all if used properly. We've realized an increase of over 100% since starting using simply seated last year. !
