So I have this Toto toilet whose porcelain bowl has a finish they call Sanagloss. For cleaning you should only use "soft” products and pressure. The hard water ring annoyed me for years, even after pouring in half a bottle of pure CLR (which helped a bit). Tried it and seems to have worked. BUT it's quite expensive here, partly because of the weight and shipping costs. (Note the price drop as you order the quantity.) My delight in finding this product was tempered by the realization that it was only $1.48 at Home Depot and less than $2 at Walmart. So don't do what I did. google around. .
