This is a beautiful, practical, well-made stand that works wonderfully for displaying cupcakes or other foods. Please read the product description, it is very thorough. You must assemble it when you receive it, but it is very easy to do, the instructions are clear and concise. The stand is fairly sturdy when put together. It stands 18" when all put together. There is 4" clearance between each tier. There are four 2" pegs (feet) that screw into the bottom plate. A mini Philips head screwdriver is included along with all the necessary screws. They even provide a cloth bag for storing the stand (when it's unassembled of course). You are not limited to assembling the 5 tiers as you see in the picture. You can use as many or as few as needed. The acrylic surface will scratch very easily, so it is best not to use any metal utensils for serving from the stand. Paper doilies would be a wise addition. Clean only with mild dish soap and a soft cloth. Wipe dry with a soft towel. Also, it is best to place the stand in its serving location before loading it up with your desserts to avoid anything sliding off when moving the stand. I give this item a 5 star rating based on its affordability, practicality, and durability.
