If you can't use a device you buy, what's the point? In the Amazon store, I purchased an iPhone. It came out that the screen was broken. For quality assurance, the retailer forwarded the item to the authorized service facility. There were no issues found at the service center (did not reveal). The significant issue with the screens of the 12th iPhone was confirmed by a call to Apple technical support, but they are unable to offer any assistance and advise waiting for an answer. The store also doesn't advance. With IOS 14.4 beta 2, the screen issue was programmatically fixed.
